In addition to her 12 years experiences of working with frontline social care teams, Jo has developed her specialism working with unaccompanied asylum seeking children (UASC) and held the position as regional lead for the East of England, providing strategic support and professional advice at both local and central government level.
Jo is passionate about improving social work practice and developing practitioner’s confidence in undertaking specialist assessments. She is proud to call herself a social worker and strives to improve standards of practice throughout her work.
